The staff really went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. They even upgraded my room to one with a TV, at no extra cost! The breakfast spread was absolutely delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The hotel's location was perfect for me, as it was situated in a peaceful village but still within a short drive to Olsberg and Willingen. I was very impressed with the value for money and the attention to detail at this hotel.

The staff was also very friendly and helpful, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. the hotel's key location is perfectly situated in between two skiing destinations, making it an excellent option for ski enthusiasts like us.

While we enjoyed the hotel's affordability and location, the rooms were quite basic and small, offering only essential amenities. It was challenging to find multiple power outlets at the bedside, and the towels provided had an unpleasant smell.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the value for money was exceptional, especially considering the great location between Winterberg and Willingen for skiing. Secondly, the staff, Tanja and Peter, were incredibly friendly and helpful. Lastly, the breakfast exceeded my expectations with a wide variety of options available. The attention to detail in providing a clean and comfortable room with all the necessary amenities was also impressive.
